Mission

MISSION:

Empowerment through Exploration: I believe that true transformation begins with self-exploration. My mission is to provide a safe and nurturing space where participants can delve into the depths of their inner selves, uncover their values and passions, and unlock the doors to personal empowerment.

Mind, Body, and Soul Alignment: Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul, I curate a holistic program that integrates daily sessions of yoga, dance and/or meditation, soul writing and life coaching. This alignment fosters a sense of balance, reset, resilience, and clarity, paving the way for a life filled with purpose and joy.

Harmony with Nature and Community: Nestled in the heart of Edgartown, my retreat encourages a profound connection with the natural beauty of Martha's Vineyard. I aim to foster a supportive community where individuals can share, learn, and grow together, creating lasting bonds that extend beyond the retreat experience.

Connection among the participants: The journey of self-discovery is not only an individual pursuit but also a collective experience. One of the most enchanting aspects of a retreat is the profound connection that unfolds among participants.

The magic happens not just in the breathtaking sessions of yoga, dance, and meditation, but also in the shared moments of reflection, laughter, and inspiration. Our community becomes a tapestry of unique stories, aspirations, and dreams, weaving together a rich and vibrant collective experience.

In the spirit of unity and connection, I encourage open-hearted communication, mutual understanding, and the celebration of each other's individual journeys. Whether you're connecting over a beautiful  morning meditation or a group dinner by the harbor, the relationships forged during our retreat become an enduring source of inspiration and encouragement.

Creating a Life You Love: Guided by me as certified Life and Health coach and the principles of Clarity Catalyst Training, my retreat provides practical tools and insights to help participants design and cultivate a life that aligns with their authentic selves. I strongly believe that everyone has the power to shape their destiny and live a life they love.

As you embark on this transformative journey with me, know that you are not just registering for a retreat; you are taking a step towards a more vibrant, purposeful, and joyful life.

MEET HELMA:

Having been on the VIneyard the past 3 years as much as I could -  enjoying the enchanting surroundings of Edgartown on Martha's Vineyard, I've witnessed the profound impact that nature and community can have on personal growth.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in the idea that true well-being involves the harmonious integration of mind, body, and soul. The retreat experience at Feel Free & Alive is a reflection of this philosophy, carefully designed to provide a holistic approach to self-discovery. By combining the wisdom of life coaching, the practices of yoga, dance, and meditation, and the principles of Clarity Catalyst Training, I offer a comprehensive and empowering program for first timers and the ones that have enjoyed a retreat before.

I understand that the path to creating a life you love is unique for each individual. With a warm and welcoming spirit, I am committed to guiding you through a journey of self-exploration, helping you uncover your passions, clarify your goals, and embrace the joy that comes with living authentically.

Join me and find a community of like-minded individuals at Feel Free & Alive, where we will explore the scenic beauty of Edgartown, nurture meaningful connections, and embark on a collective adventure towards personal growth and transformation.

And don't forget the shopping on Main Street, as well as trying both Mad Martha’s ice cream and Vineyard Scoops to let everyone know which is the better one. Meet half the town at Espresso Love early in the morning, where you can indulge in the best brownie the talented pastry chefs there have to offer—a taste that will linger in your memory.

I look forward to being your guide on this extraordinary journey, where the essence of who you are unfolds in the most beautiful and empowering ways. Together, let's create a life you truly love.
